Lucy Shule (Ph.D) is a Lecturer at the Centre for Foreign Relations and currently the Director of Studies at the National Defence College – Tanzania. She holds a Ph.D from the University of Newcastle – Australia, Master’s Degree and B.A from the University of Dar es Salaam. Lucy’s research interests and the focus of her writings include security, international relations, conflict resolution, diplomacy and foreign policy.
